Re: 7/21 semi final draw
JUST A RUMOR. I hear it is:
BUSS vs. BSC........ Palo's return game (like T.O.'s return game to Philly)
Lakeside vs Wolfpack.....(probably going to be the most annoying lead up to any game in BDSL history)

I'm stunned at the lack of activity about this game. No one has anything to say?

I have been too enamored with the Wolfpack's mothers posting in the facebook event.

That explains why your girlfriends have been so lax on worrying about if you guys will be coming home!

Re: 7/21 semi final draw
The main reason there is so few comments leading up to this game is that this is not the match everyone wanted to see in the semifinals. The real matchup here wuld have been Roos FC v Wolfpack but sadly this is not the case. Yes, I'm still pretty bitter about the result, (a 1-0 Lakeside win) in which Barth claimed his team played their best game all season. We played poorly in the first half (which is when they scored) and the rest of the game was fairly even IMO. Be it as it may Lakeside finished their chance and we did not finsh any (a offsides call made sure of it too), so instead of playing for a chance to get throttled by BSC it comes down to these two teams.
My instincts say to pick Lakeside. They have a history in these types of games, and the have probably the player who can best create something from nothing (Marlette). The rest of me wants to pick Wolfpack, for their tenacity in getting here despite their C+ at best attempts to insult on the forums. In the end i will pick Wolfpack if only for this reason, Lakeside your road through the Tehel Cup might have well have been a gift from the heavens. Tonawanda United in round 1 (we just beat 6-0) with a 1-0 victory. A 1-0 ET win over Buffalo Celtic in round two, a team that by their own admission played on fumes after playing earlier that week. Your best game of the season resulting in a 1-0 victory over us in a game we could have done more. You should be so lucky to draw a D-1 team in the semis. I dont think your team belongs here quite frankly, while Wolfpack has over come some odds. Prove me wrong tomorrow because i want Lakeside but i dont think you've earned it. (nothing personal to Barth or LFC btw)
Of course both teams are lambs for the slaughter for BSC Raiders.

Re: 7/21 semi final draw
BSC Slaughter? I think BSC is going to get a team in BUSS that can move the ball around as well as them, and is faster then them. I wouldn't under estimate BUSS. Its going to be 95 degrees tomorrow. The one thing that annoys me about BUSS is the amount of complaining amongst themselves, it is pathetic when you are winning a game 3-0 and your team is swearing at one another because you dont feel like you are getting the ball enough, and yelling at your coach.
I'm going with a suprise pick in BUSS vs Wolfpack in the Championship
Lakeside is great with moving the ball, and being creative, but that goes out the window when you are playing at East and West Rd. This game is going to come down to set pieces.
