Celtic United 1 Roos FC 0

Both teams came to Nichols with a a good amount of subs in this nip tuck affair. Weather was good and the ref unit did a good job as both teams seemed pretty friendly with each other throughout despite so strong tackles at times.

Recap here is short because there isn't really much to say. They scored in the first half around make the 30 minute mark when Mitch was sent in on a break away which I managed to save but the rebound was tucked away by Shultz. Aside from that they held the possession advantage maybe like 60/40 but quality chances were pretty even with us looking dangerous via the counter.

Second half was very similar as Celtic United saw more of the ball (55/45 this half probably) but again some great looks for either sides were either scuttled or saved. Neither team ever really claimed ahold of things and this one ended 1-0 in their favor.

I sorta feel like we deserved at least 1 point yesterday, but its been that type of year for us. Onto SoHo next week. Revs let us know when that finishing practice is.
