Game was played at Veterans Park in Grand Island. Aftershock show with 13 while Lasalle only show with 10.

First half possession favored Aftershock. We would work the ball around but didn't generate anything dangerous in the final third. Lasalle had a few chances off corners and throw ins but nothing that would worry Legge. Towards the end of the half, Jake Hudson moved up from his outside back position, received the ball on the sideline and put a cross into the box. The ball bounced once or twice in the box before Brian Voit was able to put a foot on it past the goalie. 1-0. Halftime came shortly after.

Second half started with Lasalle controlling the possession. They looked dangerous hitting a post and cross bar but were unable to find the back of the net. Aftershock had a few chances on the counter attack but nothing that bothered Lasalles goalie. Game would end 1-0, Aftershock coming away with the upset win.

Good luck to Lasalle the rest of the way. If they can have more guys show up they will make a run in the playoffs.

As for Aftershock, we were officially eliminated today due to Aurora beating Stone Jug. We look to continue our winning streak as we have to travel out to Youngstown next week. I believe most of us will be driving longer than the actual length of the game. We expect them to come out strong since we knocked them out of Tehel Cup over 2 months ago.
