kramer (lowercase k meant as a sign of disrespect), you're lying. Just be a man and admit that you made that call.

We don't need to argue about whether or not you made the call (because everyone on the field knows it was you). Several members of the other team even came up to me and told me what they thought about you and that call after you made it (to be honest, they don't think too highly of either). Despite what your moustach would suggest you're clearly not enough of a man to just stand behind your own actions. Don't post in here, it's just another example of you overstepping your boundaries.
Great game Azzurri, you're the best team we've played all year. Good luck the rest of the season

The only point to this post is to step into a conversation where I don't belong, which the majority of Lakseside has been doing all year. You guys are a good team, and have proved it by beating some quality teams. However, at least show some class when you win. I would rather lose every single game this year(which we've almost accomplished) than win and play with a bunch of whiny tools like yourselves.

We showed nothing but respect to Azzurri last night, it was a great game and I think if you were to ask one of them they would say the same thing. There's always some chirping going on in a tehel cup game (you probably just can't remember that far back). As far as I can tell, you guys are the only team that we have had any real problems with... I should specify, not problems beating (clearly), problems as far as talking and forum posting which everyone knows was started by you guys. Don't worry about jumping into this thread, you're a player in the bdsl this is here for you. The refs are the ones who shouldn't be in here, especially kramer, I dont think he would want to read a lot of what gets said about him in here.

Wow. . . you guys won the game 2-0 and are still bitching about this? Amazing. Grow up, get over it, and take the win. I was not there to witness all of this, but holy hell, just let it go and take the victory.

Unfortunately Hansen and I have to resort to thread bashing because it's the closest thing we'll get to a soccer field for the next couple games.....on a side note, I felt it necessary to calm Lakeside with some memorable Big Lebowski quotes:

What do you do for recreation?
Oh, the usual. I bowl. Drive around. The occasional acid flashback.

Has the whole world gone crazy? Am I the only one around here who gives a poop about the rules? Mark it zero!
They're calling the cops, put the piece away.

Smokey, this is not 'Nam. This is bowling. There are rules.

It was parked in a handicapped zone, perhaps they towed it.

Re: Lakeside FC 2 - Azzuri 0

Despite Kramer's best efforts, Lakeside FC has clearly earned their spot in the final four. We have dismantled the 3 Premier teams by an aggregate score of 10-2 (keep in mind that both goals against were free-kicks, 1 being a penalty shot). E. Hansen, dispite your suspension, you were not even there to support your team, so you didn't see the foul that caused this already lengthy thread. Have you ever seen a PK overturned? Especially after the referee emphatically called it and ran to the PK spot? And Nicholas_Gagliardo, posting in the Tehel Cup threads must make you feel more involved in a tournament which you were already dismissed by a better Lakeside team. Therefore, I have no problem with it. Next year you should be able to run the show in Division I again and post about people who celebrate goals too long.

I am pretty sure that all of us at one point in our soccer playing careers have seen a PK overturned

Really? By a linesman after the center official has already made the call. Honestly think about it, have you really ever seen that happen before?

Al I thought you played for Blackwatch, am I wrong or was there a transfer?
I'm not going to pretend that Lakeside is as good of a team as Celtic or Blackwatch, but I am 100% sure that we are several goals better than the Woodland team I won the cup with a couple years ago. It takes some balls to guarantee a win in this game, lets hope we don't get any lucky bounces next round.

We acquired Al and Tony Franjoine from Blackwatch at the begining of this year. Celtic is an active player in the free agent market every year.

As of now, there is no guarantee of a win. Just a guarantee Lakeside will not be moving on past the next round. Although, if Lakeside draws Celtic, then the guarantee comes into play. Semantics.

I just noticed that all the teams in the final 4 play on turf fields. I love it... no unexpected bounces to worry about, no real home field advantage (unless Blackwatch manage to fill the stadium), just footy. It looks like the team who plays better soccer will win the games. Tough luck for us Lakeside boys I guess. But hey, we're just happy to be here.

Maybe I am, maybe I am not.

I am looking forward to Drew Maloney taking the reigns of The Roos next year. I think he has what it takes to clean up the organization and make them a contender again.

The draw was just done.

Celtic vs Lakeside, (With my favorite referee in the middle. I just paid Evanhouse 50 bucks to make sure we get Kramer in the middle) Lakeside keep antagonizing Kramer. I think it will help your cause. especially since you guys are so young you will probably never have him at any of your games again. Except of course for this one.

Raiders vs. Mutiny.

Maybe we can get a 6 and 8 game at UB again.

ps this draw was done by me at my house with my son andrew watching

Sorry to beat a dead horse here....Queenston asked Evenhouse to not assign Kramer to our games and he did that for us. Lakeside I suggest you do the same. Simple solution to save yourselves headaches in the future. Congrats on the tehel cup success.
