Gentlemen,

I would like to extend my services to all BDSL member with my current 1/2 off offer through August 31, 2009. Beyond that date, I will indefinely offer to all BDSL members only inspections starting at $200.00. Why am I qualified to inspect your home?

Safety: My primary concern is the safety of you, your family and your guests in your new home. I know where to look and what to look for to ensure the safety of you and your loved ones.

Mechanical Engineer: I have worked in the engineering field for the past 14 years as a Mechanical Designer and Project Manager. My deductive reasoning and analytical skills will help me diagnose and pinpoint even the smallest issues before they become major problems. Proactive detection is the key!

Real Estate Investor: 10 years specializing in run-down and distressed properties. I can see past the nicks and dents to envision the diamond in the rough. I have seen the worst of the worst in the local market. I can sift through the minor cosmetics to detect what could become major concerns.

Home Remodeler: I perform most of my own repairs on my properties ranging from basic remodeling, such as installation of cabinets, flooring (ceramic and vinyl), to the more complex tasks of furnace repair, electrical installation and repair, plumbing and carpentry, decks and siding. I am familiar with the materials and techniques required to perform a wide variety of home improvements. I can distinguish between poor quality and high craftsmanship.

Home Owner: I understand the anxieties of purchasing a new home as a first time home buyer and also the trials of selling a home.
