Bangerz 3, RBU 1

Perfect day for soccer. not too hot, not too cold. both teams showed with like 4 or 5 subs. We always like to play RBU because they're good guys and we play them all year around at Sahlens so nothing ever gets out of hand or belligerent.

First goal for us was on a break up field. we moved the ball well all game but the ball got played in from the outside and Fahy fed Dilly Bear who buried it in the net. 1-0 good guys.

RBU's goal was a dirty strike upper 90. nothing we could do about it. 1-1

Next two goals for us game off of PK's. Voit placed his low right and Waltos blasted his with enough force to get passed the keeper even though he got a piece of it.

End of the game was scary, number 18 for RBU hit the bar and post on two different occasions but nothing dirty or chippy occurred. Good game to RBU, they're our buddies and i'm very impressed with the improvements they've made this year. It's almost like playing a whole new team.

Shoutout to Ian Matthews and his crew for being the best refs we've had all year.


We play Tesla (who we lost to in PK's in the wood cup 2 weeks ago) this week and are looking forward to keep our positive play rolling and hopefully string together some dubs.
