Looking for a team in the Lancaster area

Are there any teams in the Lancaster area looking for a player? I'm new to the area and I'm interested in finding a team in the lower 2 tiers. I have HS experience and about 10 years of intramural/mens league experience.
I'm pretty comfortable playing anywhere on the field but usually as midfielder.
