Team folded looking to play this summer

The team I've played for the last 5 years has folded and I am looking to get on a d1 or premier level team. I play midfield and forward and I am currently playing 11v11 at Sahlens to get in shape for summer.

I'm very reliable and a solid player just looking to get onto a new team.
