WNY United 3, Hamburg 0

The Reds rolled in with 4 subs, while Hamburg was short one. On a huge field, early in the season, this affected the game. We put some good high pressure on early, but Hamburg was big, fast, and on a big field (D'Youville) once they got running they caused us some problems. Our first goal was headed to the low far corner by Chase Pastor, off a cross by Chris Ellis. 1-0 at the half. Second half we kept trying and with about 15 minutes to go, Chris Duerr saw the keeper off his line a little and hit one over him and under the bar. Chase Pastor added another with a few minutes left off a corner by Justin Dudo. Clean sheet to Logan Newman and a solid defense.

I think this game would've been a tighter score had Hamburg showed up with a few more players.
